Introduction, Incidents after Mahaprabhu took Sannyasa

June 27: Today we read about the episode of Caitanya Mahaprabhu traveling to Puri from Nabadvip, after taking Sannyasa. The main components were that of Mahaprabhu visiting the temples of Ksira-chora-Gopinathji and Sakshigopal. These were some nectarian pastimes of Lord Krishna. And important Vaisnava acharya mentioned here was Madhavendra Puri, for whom Krishna steals a pot of butter. Here Prabhuji stressed on the mood of Sri Madhavendra Puri, of how he considered himself most fallen and even after receiving such a benediction from Lord Krishna, he quietly left the place before the villagers could glorify him!
