Krishna is Purnam...

SB 2.6.12, 13-16 (R Prji):

* Brahmaji says that Krishna is the supreme behind all things
 - SB 6.3.19
 - Krishna says he is the abode of all truth and religious principles
* Although He is encompassed the whole universe as Virat Rupa, still Krishna as paramatma is no bigger than 9 inches
* Parasya sakhtir vividaiva shruyathe
 - Krishna might be a small boy, but still He can life Govardhan, cause His energies are unlimited
* Krishna is yogeshwara, master of all mysticisms
* SP also nicely and aptly talks about Sri CM's acintya beda abeda tattva.
 - There is no truth superior to Krishna. Everything is strung on Him as pearls are strung on a thread
 - another eg: stock of gold is purnam, although many ornaments of gold are created from them

 - yomam pasyathi sarvathra....
 - Even though devotees are not attached to the virat rupa, but whenever we see the creation all around us in so
many ways, if we remember Krishna, then everything is achieved.

Object of worship for the Devotees - Eternal!

SB 2.6.11 (M Prji):

* As we are discussing the virat rupa of the Lord. It is temporary.
* Arjuna also wanted to see back the two-handed form of the Lord.
* This universal form is primarily for making people understand the personal form of the Lord.
* Interesting point, SP is mentioning
 - when night of Brahma comes, partial annihilation happens, then the living entities go into the form of the Lord and then when the day of Brahma comes, the living entities are put back into the material world
 - when full annihilation happens, the UF also does not exist, so people worshiping it will have no object of worship at that time
* The object of worship for the devotees on the other hand are eternal, i.e., the vaikunta planets are always existing and the Lord in them too.

Back of the Virat Rupa...

SB 2.6.9-10 (SA Prji):

* Maharishi Vedavyasa realizes that maya is the back of the Lord
 - When Krishna is not there, that is maya
* That is explained through this verse
* ...
* The goswami's of Vrindavan explained all the 3 features of the absolute truth, including the impersonal form of the Lord
* When one does not understand the form of the Lord, frustration, ignorance, and immorality will come about
* Virat rupa of the form does not exist in the spiritual world
* Krishna knows that most of the transcendentalists are attracted to the impersonal feature of the Lord, so to
attract them, He does it through the Virat rupa

* Association in spiritual life is blood. Without association, we cannot survive in the spiritual world
 - eg: Story of Mother Devahuti's experience, when her husband, Kardama muni was leaving for sannyasa
 - She realized: that all this time, her love to her husband dominated the devotion he had for the SPG. She realized  it
 - Given in SB 3.23.55

 - Personality of Godhead is the last step in God realization

The right use of Genitals...

SB 2.6.8 (SP Prji):

* The purport can be explained only by acharyas.
* Unless a person who has control of tongue, belly and genitals, one cannot talk on this verse. Only an acharya can speak on this verse.
* One challenge that can stop us from running on the path of KC is sex desire.
* We can give a lecture on it, but next moment maya will succumb us on this desire.
* It is an insurmountable disease, the sexual pleasure. Attraction to the opposite sex, opposite body, it is full in
us.
* By the guidance of acharya's, we need to know that we are not this body. That we are spirit soul. If we understand this, then the attraction to the opposite sex will not remain.
* From all the holes of this body, excreta is coming only. Where is the question of beauty.
* My obeisances to all those vaisnavas who are engaged in preaching in downtown's of the Western community.
* This sexual activity, there is little pleasure, but once we go through it there is so much difficulty to the
spirit soul.
* And so many material encumberances after that one has to undergo.
* This desire is the root cause of our existence in this material world.
* This attraction is the knot between the body and soul. This is binding it to the material world. Only the holy
name of the Lord can cut this knot.
* As soon as the activity is done, the living entity settles into planning for the rest of the life - building a
house, money, taking nice care of children and totally lost in material life etc.
 - It starts with the sexual attraction and then chanting takes the back seat.
 - When we are lost in this material activities in this way, there is no time for devotional service
* Srila Yamunacharya is saying
 - just thinking of the opposite sex, he spits at the thought
 - this happens only when one becomes steady in Krishna Consciousness
 - acharya's are the only way
* Krishna says: If this sexual desire done according to religious principles, then it is dharma.
 - for this guidance is needed
* Mind is strongly agitated, so proper guidance is very essentially required.
 - Also, wrt husband and wife, for the husband wife can help and for the wife, husband can help
 - with respect, they can relief each other their minds and help each other to overcome this attraction

Krishna will always protect!

SB 2.6.7 (HG Rohinipriya Prji):

* The Lord is equally disposed to all living entities for giving shelter. However for devotees He reciprocates in a very special way.
* That is why the forward steps of the Lord are so very important.
* Psychologically too, forward steps means some gain is there for us.
* 2 points in the purport
 - absolute protection
 - one should not have any kind of fear in this matter
* Absolute protection
 - very imp for those who have taken up to spiritual emancipation or KC
 - living entity is marginal, so to get protection, we should take use free will completely in the right direction
 - cause small margin of error will lead to birth again
 - so absolute protection from all sorts of fear comes
 - "My dear Lord, I'm yours" a message from Ramayana. This means 100% I am yours Lord
 - this allows us to access the greatest benediction (abhayam)
 - protection from everything, all other living entities is given by the Lord then
* 2 types of fear
 - fear of losing something
 - fear of forgetting the SPG, this is more tough
* The Lord says that this is my fixed vow: u surrender and I will surely protect.
* 2nd part in the purport
 - understanding the nature of the living entity, SP is forwarning us
 - we should have complete confidence that one can be happy in the shelter of the Lord
 - efforts of the living entity and mercy of the lord work together
 - one's facility to execute one's independence is given by the Lord Himself, so one should not forget that even
that comes from the Lord. So we are dependent on His mercy
 - one way to show is to do our part
 - conditioned state always brings a doubt, therefore Arjuna addresses Krishna as madhusudana, the remover of all doubts
 - SP is saying no one should have any doubts in this matter that Krishna will always protect
