Enthusiasm, Cheerfulness and Conviction...

Verses 1.13.34-35 (Ramana Pr):

* Sanjaya was fully compassionate toward Dhṛtarāṣṭra because in the game of the Battle of Kuruksetra, King Dhrtarāstra had lost everything, men and money, and at last the King and the Queen had to leave home in utter frustration.
* He studied the situation in his own way because he did not know that the inner vision of Dhṛtarāṣṭra has been awakened by Vidura and that therefore he had left home in enthusiastic cheerfulness for a better life after departure from the dark well of home.
* Mahatmas come to shake us out of illusion and show the naked truth.
* 3 things
- enthusiasm, cheerfulness and be convinced to be strong to come to KC
* These are the qualities that differentiates between ritual and spiritual.
* To be effective in preaching, we require a superior taste. That's why we need very good sadhana. Chanting is a central pivot of Krishna Consciousness.
* We should chant in the mood of trnad api sunicena.... Practise humility.
* Master-servant relationship is being emphasized in here between Dhrtharashtra and Sanjaya.
* Our mood should be ahaituki, apratihata, in serving the spiritual master.
