Verse 1.9.8 (Pooja Mataji):
* Bhishmadeva is on his deathbed. Because he is such a pure devotee, all the rishis have come to pay their obeisances to him.
* Today's verse also explains about these wonderful rishis, their accomplishments and still why they came to see Bhishmadeva.
* For us to be able to advance in this process
- acharya upasanam is required
- sincerily serve the devotees
- chant very attentively
