Verse 1.6.27: So Naradamuni, after hearing the voice of Vishnu, as paramatma, in order to again get darshan of that form, as instructed by the Supreme Lord, he maintained his life without hankering for material things, lived only for the pleasure of Krishna. He was not even looking for minimum temporary needs. Because life is so short.
Material success, fortune is so temporary, and because of them we develop attachments and because of that we have to come back again.
But here, Naradamuni as a child understood the futility of material life and pleasures, he led a life only for the pleasure of Krishna. Actually, our advancement depends on pleasing Guru and Krishna.
Because he was continuously thinking of Krishna, at the time of his death also he was thinking completely of Krishna only, so he went back to the service of Krishna, in a spiritual body. Immediately death and illumination take place simultaneously.
All that is required for us is genuine sincerity in chanting, focus on Krishna only, only for the pleasure of Guru and Krishna, then we will achieve His grace for sure.
